ROY SANG

Roy has been in the industry for over 40 years. He set the company up in January 1978 as a sole trader. The present name of the company was incorporated in October 1979. Roy is responsible for the overall running of the company and identifying the training requirements of all concerned within the organisation and the maintenance of the company quality policies.

BOB GRIBBIN

Bob has in excess of 40 years within the industry. Apart from being an experienced estimator, Bob is also responsible for the Health, Safety and Welfare of the company and its employees. He has attended C.D.M. courses and has graduated at Diploma level in Occupational Safety and Health at the University of Nottingham and Trent.


NEIL SIMPSON

Neil has been with the company since the early 1990's and has shown excellent organisational and leadership skills. He was appointed as a Director of the company in April 2007. His overall site experience will be a major benefit to the company. Neil has graduated to Diploma Level in Occupational Safety & Health at the University of Nottingham and Trent.


RUSSEL SANG

Russel is a Chartered Accountant and has taken over the role as Company Secretary from 1st April 2000. Russel brings a wealth of financial experience to the company and will be a major asset in years to come.


NEIL SANG

Neil is responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing for the company.


DANNY COX

Danny has been with the company for 20 years. He was an excellent Site Foreman before moving into the office to help with the contracts management.


JOHN HIBBERT

John has been with the Company since 1992. He was also a site foreman with us before being appointed Contracts Manager. John’s wide and varied experience will enhance the overall operation of the contracts undertaken by the Company.

SAM GARNETT

Sam initially joined the company to fulfil the need for additional office skills. She has been trained in all aspects of office administration and continues to apply a thorough and systematic approach to all the admin functions. Sam is also responsible for the management information and accounts.


MARJIE WEBB

Marjie was recruited to the company to assist in office admin. She is responsible for the sales and purchase ledgers, payroll and the general smooth operation of the office.



FOREMEN, OPERATIVES & APPRENTICES

Most employees have attended safety courses with the CITB and are trained to approved or appointed person status in first aid. Certain employees have attended training courses with regards to the IPAF certificate and safety passport scheme. Various other minor training courses have been completed. Any further training requirements are done on an as needed basis. All operatives are now CSCS accredited.

Vale Decorators only employs a workforce of time-served tradesmen and operates a strict policy of placing all apprentices on our own unique and much admired apprenticeship training scheme.
