ISO 9001 Quality Management System

Vale Decorators Quality Management System is audited to ISO 9001:2008 Standards. We have held this accreditation since 1992 when we believe we were one of the first Painting and Decorating Contractor to achieve this accreditation within the United Kingdom.

We have been successfully audited to ISO 9001 standards annually ever since,without interruption by an external assessment company ISOQAR.

Our Quality Management System ensures that we have thorough, effective procedures in place to uphold quality in all aspects of our work, from estimate to inspection of work on site to post-contract monitoring of customer satisfaction.

ISO 14001 Environmental Management System

ISO 14001 Environmental Management System

Our Environmental Management System adheres to all current legislation and is audited to ISO 14001:2004 Standards by external auditors ISOQAR. We have held this accreddiations since June 2009 and it has been successfully audited annually without interruption. This management system enables us to monitor and review our targets and objectives.

Our Environmental Management System will be mirrored in all aspects of our business, including Energy Efficiency, Vehicles, Purchasing, Waste Disposal and Recycling, Hazardous Waste.

Vale Decorators is constantly reviewing and updating their Environmental Mangement System to meet the sustainability and environmental policies, carbon management targets, strategies and aspirations of our clients.

Vale Decorators UK Limited demonstrates an overriding commitment to Health and Safety. Our Health and Safety Management System is audited to OHSAS 18001:2007 standards. We have held this accreditation since June 2009 and have been successfully audited without interruption annually since.

Vale Decorators have an overriding commitment to Health and Safety. To demonstrate this to our clients we have applied for and successfully achieved CHAS accreditation. Our Health and Safety policies, procedures and systems are continuously audited to this nationally recognized standard ever since.
