Welcome to Vale Decorators

Vale Decorators UK Limited, established in 1978, is an accomplished, specialist painting and decorating contractor working across the whole of the UK.

Vale Decorators comprises entirely of a directly employed workforce of time served trades people and our own CITB supported apprentice training scheme. We were incorporated in 1979 and we have since enjoyed a steady growth and now have a wide portfolio of successful projects both through strategic planning and the valued support of our clients.

We work for both the public and private sectors across a variety of different organisations such as NHS, Her Majesties Prison Services, local authorities, housing associations, educational establishments, retail and leisure, blue-chip organisations and facilities management companies.

We have the necessary skills and experience to successfully carry out all contracts, large and small, whilst endeavouring to exceed our clients expectations at all times. We have a “right first time” ethos and always adopt the policy of working collaboratively to achieve best practice and the highest quality end result.

We have a customer orientated approach and a management team dedicated to working together to achieve continuous improvement for both our clients and Vale Decorators throughout the life of a contract and beyond.

Our overall mission is to continuously improve our performance and realise the full potential of our people to provide a consistently high level of service to all of our clients at all times.
